Question Gigabyte b450 elite red led blinking not starting the cpu

My gigabyte b450 elite mobo is showing a red led which is keep blinking and when pressed pow button its doing nothing..just the red led blinks..what to do..i have just assembled my new pc with ryzen 1600x and 16gb ram..i also tried swiping the rams nothing happed..still red led..what to do plz i need help..is thr any cpu problm or indication?

Try to check if CPU sits right. Check if all cables are connected right (fully plugged in).

Yess i did that..i reconnect everything including the cpu and cooler ..fan cables pow cable gpu..after pressing pow button..its showing me same cpu and gpu led red lights..is the mobo defective or burnt or something? Coz from 1month it ws running smooth
