Question Gigabyte b450m s2h bios is not booting

Today i got an update to windows 11, and turned ftpm on. Rebooted and it booted successfuly.
Then i booted to bios, turned off csm, turned on secureboot and motherboard did not worked. Can someone help me? What should i do? What is a cheapest price that i can fix it?

Yes, it was keeping restarting over and over for about 20 minutes. I turned in off and turned on. Fan was spinning, one time faster, and thend slowed down. It was a loop and i couldn't do anything
