Question Gigabyte b450m s2h cpu socket damaged

Hi, since my motherboard is not getting any power, I tried with a different psu, ram and there was no change. I tried it without the processor, still the same power did not come. What the warranty tells me is that there is physical damage to the processor socket and they can repair for a certain fee. What I'm asking is, is it normal for a motherboard with a damaged processor socket to have no power at all?

If you have a grounding issue, then that can also prevent the system from powering up. If you have a bad quality or faulty PSU that can also be one cause for the system not powering up.

Have you tried working with another processor to rule out the board being the root of the issue?

I tried with a different PSU but it was still same. Unfortunately i didn't tried with a different CPU. My some CPU pins broken.
