Gigabyte B460 HD3 :: fresh setup - how to do the wiring?

hi there - i am in the mid of te pc-build - see the pictures below: it is a GigaByte b460 HD3 with the following parts:



how to do the wiring -is there any map or plan that helps me to do the complete wiring?

btw, what about the software - there was a cd which was delivered with the mainboard.



i want to make sure that everything is connected correct - i want to avoid and wrong connections or something like that.


how to make sure that everything goes well!?

Go though some video tutorials on PC building online, I like bitwit channel but there are others. You would want to start and plan things out for the layout of the cables and when each component should be connected during the build. If you do things out of order it can lead to a messy build or a harder time getting things connected. There are cable routing areas on the case, and mounting points for things you want to use to get the best result.

Don't assume where cables go just because they can fit or "look" like they should go there, as above go through the manuals and make sure you understand what you are connecting and why.

Software, you will of course need to get a Windows license (or run it un-activated with some restrictions)...
the manual is the best place for this info. start at page 1 and go page by page hooking up one thing at a time. when you hit the end of the manual, then you've got it all hooked up. this will ensure everything gets in the right place. if you don't have that piece then skip that page.....

Software, you will of course need to get a Windows license (or run it un-activated with some restrictions) and install that, then you can install the drivers from the disk or just download from the motherboard vendor to get the latest one. Windows 10 should detect enough of the parts to install the network card drivers so you can download the other drivers from the vendor site.
