Spec
- i3 10100 - gtx 1660s - 16GB corsair lpx 2666 - gigabyte b460m aorus pro - be quiet u9 600w - seagate HDD 7200rpm (x4)
New spec
- samsung 970 evo plus 500GB

  • so the problem is that NVME is not detected when installed in the first M.2 SSD slot that uses the heatsink.
  • for now 4 HDD connected to port 0,1,2,3.
  • xmp and fast boot are active, the rest of the motherboard settings are still standard
check that has been done
  • - via disk management and file explorer
  • - via bios
  • - via bootable windows 10 20h2
still doesn't appear

CSM has been turned off too

I have previously asked the local hardware forum (FB group to be precise), it looks like some people who use the same motherboard face the same problem, always have problems with the first SSD slot, and finally give in by plugging into the second SS slot, and not there is currently the best solution found, So for now I want to know the feedback from the global that also uses this mobo, is it really facing the same problem? or there is something that must be done to be able to use the SSD in the first SS slot, such as in the BIOS or the SATA port that the HDD must use, there may be a sharing lane between the SATA port and the SDS port, and so on.

for any assistance, I thank you very much.
