Question Gigabyte b550 gaming x v2 Qflash bios not working

I am building a PC for a friend and qflash is not working.

I have downloaded the latest BIOS and put the file on a USB stick formatted to FAT-32. I have tried flashing the BIOS with the CPU and the RAM installed as well as without. Neither has worked.

If anyone has any advice, it is greatly appreciated.

There's a PCB version mentioned at the bottom left of your motherboard or rather, the top left hand corner when comparing to this picture;

What is the PCB version for your motherboard?
There should be a port next to which BIOS is written, that's the port you should use in tandem with the Q-FLASH PLUS button and your USB drive that has the BIOS file on it's root directory.
