Gigabyte B550M DS3H has dual bios from factory?
Does q Flash have bios but I didn't understand if it has dual bios ie two bios?

No it doesn't. It only have 1 bios in any revision, you could see it in the board itself only have M_Bios. Dual Bios on gigabyte is marked with B_Bios that are usually sitting next to M_Bios.
