Question GIGABYTE B550M DS3H mobo build help

Lookking for a cheap compatible cpu with this mobo so I can use Ubuntu for coding on Linux & play WOW. I only need it for couple months and I have this mobo left over from a build I parted out. I also have a 4gb 960 I traded my monitor for. I was gonna sell the 960 and just get a 3400g APU but sadly upon further inspection it says it isn’t compatible with my mobo.
So, is there a cheap compatible cpu I can grab that and just use the 960 or is there another cheap apu option?
