So I recently built a pc and I'm having trouble booting it with 2 ram. I've tried all the slots and none of them boots with both ram installed, only with just one. (Grey slots in this are A2/B2)

Just wanting to know if this is a compatibility issue or if it's a part failure.

Things I've tried:
  • Updating BIOS
  • Using Different RAM sticks
  • Resetting BIOS/Changing BIOS Settings
  • Removing CMOS/Reset
  • Reseating CPU
  • Booting in A2/B2 B1/B2 A1/A2

Specs:
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte B560M DS3H AC
  • RAM: X2 Crucial 8GB DESKTOP DDR4 2666 Mhz 8GB CL19 SR x8 Unbuffered
  • CPU: Intel Comet Lake Core i3 10105F

Were the 2 sticks of ram bought as a kit or 2 separate sticks?
