Question Gigabyte b660m ds3h + 12400f

Hi Everyone,
PC Specs
Processor : 12400f
Motherboard: Gigabyte b660m ds3h ddr4
Graphic Card: RX 580 8Gb( Will upgrade to 3070 or 3070 ti) >>> NEED SUGGESTIONS

My question is I have checked through task manager while playing games that my processor is hitting max 3.9ghz instead of 4.4ghz. I have read some articles on the internet on go to BIOS and increase your voltage power to 140w but I am not able to find it.

Can anyone help me with it?

I have tried downloading Easy tune and App Centre software but Easy tune is not running on my PC for some reason.

Any help is appreciated.

4.4 only when 1 core is active. if you are playing games, mostly likely all cores are active

hmm ok.. so if I have to test my processor if its running optimum on my motherboard, how to test it?
Also, is there any guide available to see what graphic card will be best for my system?

you have a b660, the b stand for business. not build for gaming

buy the best you can afford. every games is different
