Question Gigabyte B760M AORUS ELITE AX LGA 1700, No beeps, No Video, No CPU fan spinning, No Display, Nothing happens

Hello everyone! I'm creating this post because I'm totally lost here.

Recently, I bought this new motherboard Gigabyte B760M AORUS ELITE (rev 1.0) LGA 1700 DDR 5 and intel I-5 13400f.

I've build few computers in the past without any problems, but right now, when I turn on power, nothing happens.

When I turn on my PSU, I can see a small purple LED flashing, I believe that's just a confirmation that my motherboard is energized, but is just that.

When I turn on using power button, absolutely nothing happens, PSU, CPU and GPU fans isn't spinning, no beep, nothing...

I also updated my bios using a flash drive, when I did that, I could see the CPU and PSU fan spinning slowly, but is just in this case.

I already tested my power button, and is working fine as well.

I also bought a new PSU, but still having same problem using both brand new PSU.

So I dont have any new ideas :/

Was the new MB unresponsive when you first bought it ? Out of box post test yielded nothing ? Before Flash.
RMA board and CPU. At the point of "I bought this new" you're not trying to fix their mistake.
Let them send you a working set or ask them to post test before sending.

I do think you need the Ram installed for a blind Bios Flash, I hope you did that.

Yeah exactly, nothing happens... Do you thinking that error can be related to the CPU instead of MOBA? If there is a problem with any part different from MOBA, should I at least see something happens like CPU fans or beeps, alright?

Oh I didn't, i just removed everything before update my bios
