Hi all!
I've got a problem, with my system, don't know it's exactly with the motherboard but I have my suspicions.
First off the specs:
Proc: Intel Core I5 4570 3,2 GHz
MB: Gigabyte B85M-D3H rev 1.1
RAM: 2x4 GB mixed brand 1600 MHz DDR3
PSU: EVGA 600w 100-W1-0600-K2
VGA: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 WINDFORCE OC 8G (GV-N1070WF2OC-8GD)
SSD: 250 GB Samsung evo 840
HDD: WD 1 TB
So, the problem is a few games (obivously what I want to play) restarts the computer right after I start to play (not in the menu though) but other games runs for hours and nothing bad happens...
2 games did that to me so far: Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 and Heroes of Might & Magic 7
I logged the temp and voltage, both seems fine until moment of the restart (btw the psu just got replaced and the comp doesn't have the time to overheat)
Tried replacing the RAM, didn't helped...
I suspect a faulty VGA or a faulty PCI-E slot (both the MB and the VGA has warranty)
Any suggestions or comments on what should I do would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speed and timings of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. Mixing memory brands that have never been tested together invites compatibility problems.

You wrote, "Tried replacing the RAM, didn't helped...". No explanation of this given. If you prefer doing your own compatibility testing rather than using a single kit of tested memory it may become a lot of trial and error before you come up with something that works.

The speed and timings of the memory modules are the exacly same, using them for nearly a year in different builds, they work well together, and tested their stability in memtest and in AIDA stability test. With that said I've thought about the problem thats why I tried with only 1 4GB memory mobules (each of them) and another, paired Corsair heatsinked 1600 Mhz DDR3 modules (2x4GB) and the main problem of the computer resetting at the named games sadly still presist
