what is DRAM Timing Selectable (SPD)" What's the difference between auto,Quick' and 'Expert'? in bios settings..is it any gaming increase performance??

auto should be the default settings, it sets the ram to how fast it says it works. quick probably lets you select some predefined timing settings and expert lets you adjust every single value for the timings.

no, even if you overclock and find the best possible timings that work you're looking at under 10% ram speed increase, which probably means a 1% speed improvement in games.

so... if everything is stable for the pc, leave it auto.
