Gigabyte debug codes

I have the Gigabyte z77-ud5h. Should the debug code always be on or only when there's an issue? I know it seems to always say A0.

It says what the code means but it doesn't say if it should always display a code or not

All code signification are written in your manuel. I do think A0 means everything went fine during boot...

It says it means "IDE initialization is started"

And, the D3 debug code is related to the resume from sleep state.
