Gigabyte DS3 rev 1.3 vs 3.3

I'm sure this question has come up a lot, but I was hoping someone could remind me what is the difference between rev 1.3 and 3.3?

The Rev 3.3 supports 1333FSB processors and Quad core processors.

I'm not really worried about the vista readiness, because I'm going to hold out on XP for as long as possible. I'm just thinking about doing a budget build based on this board and and OC'd e4300/e4400 and it looks like the 1.3 is $30 cheaper on newegg which doesn't seem worth it for the difference
