Hey guys i need help on overclocking my xeon w3680. the problem is every time i overclock my processor to 3.9ghz . it shows on cpuz that its oc to 3.9ghz but when i play games it still shows 3.4ghz stock settings i even check task manager it shows 3.9ghz max frequency but it never use more then 3.4ghz. I even checked it on Hwinfo it show upto 4.0ghz turbo frequency but it only used upto 3.4ghz even in stress test ..
