CPU : AMD APU A10 7860K 4.0GHZ 4MB 95W FM2+
Will my motherboard accept it ?

no, it is for additional power as most cards cannot run on the 75w of the pcie slot alone


if the card has it then it is required


since the card you want lacks the 6-pin connector, then yes you dont need it
