Are they both priced he same? The are both identical in terms of their chips used(audio and NIC) except for the power delivery. If you're looking at rev.1.0 for the Gigabyte board then it has one more power delivery phase for the memory.

If you're going for the A8-7600 get the Gigabyte board.
