I can't say that. I've had Asus, Gigabyte, Abit, Soyo, JetWay and
Intel motherboards in the last few years that are all similar quality...
GOOD quality. And even Intels motherboard manual had mistakes, and not
just spelling. All the motherboards themselves were/are very reliable.
Several of these companies seem to have trouble with English speakers,
on the phone and in email. Of ALL of these, ABIT is the one
manufacturer that has responded the fastest, accurately and in decent
English to my questions. Gigabyte responds, not always quickly nor
always intelligibly. But that's a lot better than Intel never
responding AT ALL imho. Now that's a bit of my own mileage, obviously
yours has been different.
On another note; these people are the manufacturers and sell in bulk to
various distributors, and in turn go to different outlets. What says
that they have to respond to any but the distributors or outlets? They
do respond to end users and that's a plus. It would have been much
nicer if they'd actually been a help to you.
