Gigabyte G1 GTX 970 Weight Question

Im trying to pick out a GTX 970, and the Gigabyte seems very appealing to me. One thing that im not set on is the weight of the card. Would the weight of this card put stress on the PCI slot overtime? Or wouldn't I have to worry about that?

Nope, as long as the card is properly secured to the rear of the case, you have no problem, you could put a little support beam on the end if you like, if seen people 3d print nice ones
