On guru 3D i found that this is a b75 mobo and has less bandwith in PCIe. Is that true?

Both boards with have the same amount of PCI-e lanes(16). On both boards the primary 16x pci-e slot still runs at 16x pci-e 3.0 speeds. With a single GPU this shouldn't be an issue.

IMHO, no there isn't.

On guru 3D i found that this is a b75 mobo and has less bandwith in PCIe. Is that true?

It's not b75 that has to be a typo or oversight. The B75 is a socket 1155 chipset and isn't compatible with the socket 1150 haswell cpus.
