ok guys i have 16gb ram and its only using 8gb and im pretty sure its the onboard graphics that is taking up the other 8gb i have a sapphire trix 390x so its own 8gb ram is more than enough but i just can't figure out where that menu is in bios might be because this is the first time in a lot of years i have used a mb with onboard graphics any help is highly appreciated thanks

If that's kingston memory, please list part number or link to it.

It looks like the problem is your choice of memory. I suggest using a single 1600MHz kit.

Not only should you know what hardware is in your PC, but you also need to know how to set: (set according to memory manufacturers specifications)
1) Memory Clock
2) DRAM Timings
3) DRAM voltage

doubt that is the issue all worked great till the mb i was originally using failed moved internationally unknown problem with that mb i would be guessing a micro fracture or something like that
