Hello there
i have following problem with my computer
My system works fine as long as i have up to 4 usb peripethals connected
1 mouse 2 keyboard 3 sound card 4 wifi dongle

Once i try to connect anything else via usb some devices start malfunctioning
namely either mouse lags every couple of seconds or wifi dongle (tried 2 different tp link ones) loses connection or even becomes disabled. Fifth peripethals usually malfunction as well.
Problems persist till i remove fifth peripethal and restart computer.
Now i only use usb ports at the back of the pc case, tried multiple configurations of them.

My specs are
Gigabyte GA-875M-D3H
Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 (problem occured with older card as well)
Intel Core i5-3350P 3,10 GHz (BX80637I53350P)
Crucial 2x4GB Ballistix sport 1333MHz DDR3
Seagate 1TB, SATAIII, 7200RPM, 64MB cache (ST1000DM003) OEM

Windows 10 - i've reinstalled system few times and problem was present all the time, however i don't remember if it always was win10 and not win7

EDIT: Forgot to add problem persists even after upgrading to the newest available bios

Solution
Here's a thought. Perhaps one of the USB devices is drawing more than it should.

Perhaps it's not that there are two many USB devices....perhaps there is just one problem USB device.
