Question Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P|FX-8350|NO BOOT

First of all what i have:

So after an incident where my motherboard caught fire due to reckless overclocking (lol I know i learned my lesson), I bought a new motherboard the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P (rev.2)
after installing it I noticed that there was not display. After research, apparently you have to update bios to FA before you can use the FX series. So i bought a Athlon II X3 455 Triple core so that way I can flash bios and get it updated. After updating my bios to FA I'm still unable to to use my FX-8350 and I have no idea why. Right now I am using everything on that list except the CPU which would be the Athlon. So now, what do I do? Something that I'm suspicious about is that my system information has some missing information on it found here: http://prntscr.com/ohjljk. Right now I'm completely lost and I have no idea what to do. Please help, thank you :^)

I guess that the CPU went off together with board while OC-ing.

yeah i actually decided yesterday that the cpu died too no way of being sure but i agree too.
