Solution
The process I usually follow (and you can too) is as follows.

1. Install Windows onto your fully assembled PC.
2. Install Motherboard Drivers. Downloaded from gigabyte.com
3. Install Graphic Card Drivers. Get the drivers from AMD.com
4. Enjoy new PC! (I also use ninite.com to install a lot of my usual programs, it's easy and fast)

The drivers on the disk that came with the MB are the same as the ones on the website, though there may have been a driver update so I usually use the website drivers.

Don't attempt to do a BIOS update at this point, unless you've done some reading about that process.

Once you've installed all the drivers you have/want to, press "Windows Key + Pause/Break" which opens the System Properties window. Click...

But do I need the sata and bios driver? Thanks btw

I'd install the SATA drivers, the MB drivers are sometimes better than the generic Windows drivers.

For more info about Gigabyte boards, have a read at this posting... It's very helpful.

Solution

btw can i just use the driver i got for the gpu i got from msi? because the gpu itself is from msi

do i need the gpu from amd or can i just use the one i downloaded from msi because the gpu itself is from msi

Exactly! Always get your driver from the AMD website. Don't trust MSI to have updated it's downloads.

so i just download and install "Catalyst Software Suite"
not the msi one at all?
are you sure its this one? because it say that Catalyst Software Suite is for all of r9
and msi is just for that specific gpu
