About the only thing I can add, is to start with a reset BIOS. Use the onboard jumper, shut off the PSU, remove the CMOS battery, jumper the CMOS pins for ~ 5 seconds as per the MB manual's instructions, replace the jumper to the parking position, replace the battery, turn on the PSU. Read it carefully. You have to do the SSD "clean" as instructed. There are various links to clcik open depending on your situation. This is the guide I always follow when doing a clean Win7 install to a SSD.
I had that same board and CPU on another machine. I am now in the process of installing Win7 again to a SSD but using a different board.
