Question Gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3 problems

Hi guys, i got This MB for cheap, just for Run a 6300, so the Motherboard turma on, everything goes well, then before my Windows Boot up, the PC restarts all Over again, i reseted BIOS defaults, but it happens again and again.
Can somebody help me?

I recently changed my Motherboard for a ga-990fxa-ud3
Is it necesary to re-install Windows again?

Since most all of the AM3+ motherboards use the same AMD AIO driver package then probably you do not need to reinstall Windows UNLESS you are having issues after the motherboard swap. What you DO need to do though is download and install all of the relevant drivers from the product page for the new motherboard and the latest AMD chipset drivers for your 990fx chipset.

What last owner used doesn't matter. It's what you used for a motherboard with your holdover OS.

I tried to re-install the Windows, but at some part of installation the PC restarts randomly, i tried so Many Times, and it does the same
What it could bem?
