GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 vs Asrock 990FX Extreme4?

Hi have everything decided for my new gaming build, except for the motherboard! I'm stuck between the Gigabyte ga-990fxa-UD3 and the Asrock 990fx Extreme4.
Thanks for any advise.

CPU= AMD FX8350
GPU= XFX double D HD 7950
PSU= Corsair builders series 600w (modular)
RAM= Corsair vengeance 2*4GB
Case= Antec GX700
HDD= 1tb seagate barracuda

I just completed a build with the same CPU, 32gb G.Skill Ram. Corsair 1200W PSU, 2 x EVGA GTX Titan Signature Vid Cards, and i'm trying a 2nd Generation 750GB Hybrid......with the AsRock 990FX Extreme 9 and I love it. First time using one of AsRock's High-End Boards and it's amazingly stable and comes with great software....I would recommend the AsRock if you want something that's Solid and would work well with the parts you have chosen.
