Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 well not over clock memory

k guys have 2 eight gig sticks of ddr3 2133 memory in my Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 but can not get the memory to over clock past 1600 ran memory test on both sticks and memory is ok its just when i try to set the memory in the bios it saids overclocking failer and goes back to 1333 so if anyone knows whats going on let me know and just in case u r wondering i running a 8 core bulldozer so it suports the memory speeds
