What are the best graphic cards that are compatible with the Gigabyte GA-B150-HD3 DDR3 mobo?
I am updating my pc slowly, so I will change my mobo in a few months...

What is the rest of your computer specs and what resolution are you gaming at?

CPU intel i5 7400, ram 16gb, PSU600w, either 1080p 0r 780p
I will update my mobo to run DDR4 in a few months.

Current gpu is amd R7 250 2gb.... not happy with it

I wouldn't go any higher than a GTX 1060 with that CPU. It will be a waste. But if you're planning on updating your mobo and CPU soon then you can increase your videocard too. But a GTX 1060 is as high as you'll want to go with that CPU

You can't run DDR4 in that motherboard and it doesn't really boost performance all that much anyhow.

I agree the best thing you can do is swap to a new GPU, yours is anemic. At 1080P good matches for your rig are a GTX 1060 or an RX 580. GTX 1050 and RX 560's will also work if you're on a budget at reduced details. GTX 1050Ti is somewhere in between both recommendations.

no I just bought my cpu. what about GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 D5 2G or GIGABYTE RX 560 GAMING OC 2G? Thanks

Of the two choices, I prefer the GTX 1050 you picked. keep in mind, you can't run every game with uber ultra details, these are budget cards.
