Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H , I5-2400 CPU, GTX 750 Ti , 8GB RAM, PSU of 500W

I have a PC which has the above motherboard and CPU but has a GT610 GPU which needs upgrading - would a GTX 750 Ti run okay with this even though the CPU can only support PCIE 2.0. Any help appreciated

Yes will work fine. Parts are compatible

It's backwards compatible. Even though your card is PCIe 3.0, it will just run at PCIe 2.0 speed as that's all your CPU supports. Please mark as solution so others know it's solved. Thanks.
