Actually it depends on your budget and needs. But long answer short yes.. absolutely yes. It will support most of the cards and you can even SLI if you want. Just make sure to get a good quality PSU. 😉

It can't support SLI; the specs don't even meet the requirements. It will have no problems supporting a single GPU; Crossfire support is provided, but at 4x it isn't good enough for high-end AMD GPUs.

I wanted to make sure the OP understood that he has a business motherboard that's fine for gaming with a single GPU, but it isn't designed for multiple GPUs.
