i have a GIGABYTE GA-B85M-D3H motherboard with three DDR3 ram of 1333mhz (total 12GB) and I want to add one more ram.
i found this one on ebay hyperx fury 8gb 1333mhz

Maybe , maybe not.
It needs to work with the other ram as well as the motherboard and that's not something anyone can say with any amount of certainty.
I'd make sure they'll take it back if it doesn't without any fees and then give it a try.

As long as it's not ECC ones, the 8GB UDIMM 2Rx8 (unbuffered dimm) should work, even if you bought the 1866 ones, it will dial back to 1333 or 1600 since your mobo does not support ram oc.
