Solution

Wireless card, as in a pci-e card with an antenna for recieving wireless internet signal.

On a 2nd thought, it may be your storage drive is setup wrong.

After you changed mobo, I am guessing it set as AHCI by default So if the Windows had it set to IDE, you will get a BSOD during loading of Windows.

Open BIOS->SATA configuration and change it to IDE mode.

When excactly does the BSOD occur?

There has been reports of this particular board having compatibility issues with some wireless cards. So you may want to try without a wireless card,, if you have such one installed.

A wireless card? What do you mean.
But right as the windows symbol begins to start up. The green and blue lights start two twirl to be exact. It freezes and bluescreens

I tried this and unfortunately this did not work. After start up I still receive a blue screen with technical information. Any suggestions?
