Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 + Kingston 2000mhz (@1066)

I am having problems with configuring my memory to run at 2000mhz. With the "auto" settings it runs at 1066mhz.. I have read that a lot of people are having this problem.

Can someone please tell me how to configure this to run properly at 2000mhz:


here is my current bios settings, I know I should adjust alot of things, I just dont know what:

CPU = Intel Core™ i7 Quad Processor i7-950 - 1366, 3.066GHz
Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5, Revision 1.0?

What exactly do you think is limiting? How did you start your OC experimentation, and what did you start pushing up first?

I have not done anything. Everything is at Auto settings in bios. Nothing is limiting, I just need to set all the parameteres correct. The memory is capable of 2000mhz, but it's running at 1066mhz.

I Think Because the command rate is 2T (Two Commands Per Circle 1/2*t Where T=995Mhz) You Actualy run your memory modules @1990Mhz. If I'm Wrong Pls Correct me
