His my pc recently died and I assumed it was the psu as it dId not power on. I replaced the psu hooked it all up and powered on....
Cpu fan starts spinning but no reactions no beeps no display I attached my gpu which also seems to spin.

I was told to reset the bios by removing the battery and using "jumpers"
Apon closer inspection I cannot see the jumper cover.
I thought I located the cl_cmos but when I touch both pins (10secs+)
Nothing happens.

Does anyone know exactly what pins it is on this motherboard? ?
I'm either blind or stupid.

(Also should a pc power down when these are touched for 5secs+?)

Solution
You shouldn't be clearing anything while it's powered on....

The "CL_CMOS" pins sound right, that's what you'd be looking for.
You could achieve the same thing by removing the CMOS battery for ~10mins then replacing (the round, silver, watch-type battery).

Please post your full spec.
