When plugged in with a GPU and on-board video have no output, the fans spin up, and the keyboard lights up however there is no video output.

Not on this RAM, SPD Speed is 1600MHz.

I took out the 1600Mhz and replaced it with 4GB of 1333MHz RAM however it has the same problem.
