[SOLVED] Gigabyte GA H170 issue

I was playing a game of civilizations the other day, and my PC just turns off. Now when i turn it on there is no beep code and im getting power to my case fans, but none of my peripheral or even CPU fan spins up or gets power. I unplugged everything but one monitor (i tried onboard and GPU) and a keyboard but no joy. I've done a bit of troubleshooting before but always with beep codes. I'm not sure what to start with. Does anyone have any ideas?

In cases like that, first thing I do is to check PSU as it's very beginning of all power problems.

If you don't have anybody with proper instrument, most reliable way is to try with some known good and compatible PSU.

Unfortunately I do not have either. Is that even a possibility if the case fans work?

PSU supplies several different voltages thru many wires and every voltage output and most wires have own controller in the PSU so it's possible that only some work and some don't. There are instruments that check every and each one.
