Gigabyte GA-H61M-S compatibilty on i7 3770 and 9 290x

I got a i7 3770 with r9 290x and 8gb corsair vengeance ram using it on Intel DB75EN board, Now my system is not starting and making continuous beep sound and restarting,Checked the ram,smps,hdd and all looks fine,So i presume the ram or processor is faulty as,CPU fault is vary rar so wanted to change the board 1st,But looking everywher i find only this H61 chipset is available in the market,So before buying this wanted to know,If i can use the GFX full utilization on it,like any other issue but if i change the chipset to newer ones i have to buy whole new board,cpu and rams

Assuming you get MB+CPU+RAM going, that GPU should be a fitting addon for processor.

Processor and GPu wouldn't bottleneck each other and would be a good pair.
