Hello there to everyone!
First of all i wanna apologize if my english is to bad couse im from Croatia(Europe).

Here is the thing. I wanna buy MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB and i wonder will my pc configuration handle it especially power supply and motherboard??
Here is my current configuration.
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H67M-D2-B3

CPU: CPU Intel S1155, Core™ i7 2600K, 3.4GHz 8Mb,
Sandy Bridge

MEMORY: DDR3 8Gb (2x4Gb) DDR3 8GB
1600MHz HyperX KINGSTON

POWER SUPPLY: OCZ modxstream PRO 600w

VIDEO CARD:VGA ASUS EAH6950
DCII/2DI4S/1GD5, ATi HD6950, PCIe x16, 1024MB DDR5

HDD: SSD 120Gb OCZ Vertex2/Vertex Plus,MLC, 2.5"

So will this configuration handle gtx 970?

Solution
This will work although I don't recommend that motherboard as its socket is LGA 1155. LGA 1150 are the best solution
I recommend the MSI z97 GAMING 3, 5, 7 AND 9 series, these will work with the gpu and other things except for the CPU.
Other ones are recommended here

For CPU I recommend the i5 4590 or 4460.
If you want a i7 processor the 4770 and 4790 are really good processors

But since you already have that motherboard the GTX 970 will work
Keep in mind since your motherboard has a pci express 2.0 slot the performance will be slighty reduced

Hope this helps :)

Y i know that. The most important thing right now that the video card will work. I am a little short on budget and if im goint to change the motherboard i have to buy another processor and that will cost me another 400$ here in my country and i have to say that i am very very satisfied with this i7 2600k.
