Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H: 4 pin fan headers?

So I'm planning to build a computer with the Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H. All of the three system fan headers are 4-pin, but my case fans only have three pins. What is the correct orientation?

Cpu fan to the cpu fan header the rest it don't matter just use the closest one.
