When the computer is switched on there is no display. I have cleared CMOS, tried 2 different power supplies, GFX cards and monitors.

I have bought a Diagnostic Card PCI Analyzer Tester (link below):

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00HG7F9BK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The LED indicators all check out ok. These LED's show that the power to the motherboard is fine.

However the debug code displayed gives the following: F2 F5. From the table of code meanings it has 3 columns
E.G: AWARD - AMI - Phoenix 4.0/Tandy3000

There is nothing listed under the AWARD Column.

Under AMI Column it says the following:

F2 = Next, reading and analyzing the floppy diskette FAT to find the clusters occupied by file AMIBOOT.ROM

F5 = Next, disabling internal cache memory

Under the Phoenix 4.0/Tandy3000 Column it says the following:

F2 = Initialize video

F5 = Clear huge segment

Any help is appreciated, and I can answer more questions to the problem if need be thanks.

It was a friends PC which has never been booted. It has been sitting in a box since he attempted to build it himself.

I have tested the CMOS battery with an LED and it is working, but it was removed for quite some time before hand.

Yes I have been using the closest PCI slot to the processor.
