GIGABYTE GA-P35-S3L vs. the GA-P35-DS3L

I've looked on newegg, and I cannot find any differences between the DS3L and the S3L. Seeing as I was supposed to order my new PC parts tonight and the DS3L is now OoS, I'm considering getting the S3L board as I cannot see any difference except the price. However, since there is a difference, I figure something must be better on the DS3L.

So, whats the difference?

Ok, I've done a little google searching, and so far it would seem that the only difference is the material that the mobo is made of. Apparently, the D stands for Ultra-Durable, which, for my intents and purposes, is a waste of money. Any more info would be appreciated.

I looked on Gigabytes web site and all I can see is solid capacitors for the DS3L. Cooling appears to be the same for both MBs.

Well then that settles it, I'll be picking up a S3L, and anyone else who wanted a DS3L, I would recommend the same thing.
