I have a GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R mother board
with Intel Core i7-960 Bloomfield 3.2GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80601960 with 16Gb ram.
Using 4 1tb WD Cav. black drives running windows server 2008 R2. std. When I run only 1 drive non-raid I have no issues, but when I try to run raid 10 or raid 1 I get all kinds of indexing errors and the server just hangs at random. I run scan disk and right when it is about to finish I get an error that there is insufficient space to write the MFT (master file table) although there is only 600 gb of data on the drives. Any suggestions?? When i run scan disk on non-raid I have no issues.
