Gigabyte GA X79 UD3 rev 1.0 support for E5 2670 v2 (Xeon ivy bridge - e generally)

Hi, will Gigabyte GA X79 UD3 rev 1.0 will support ivy bridge - e Xeon processors?
Based on gigabyte site it will not (F16 version of bios) but there is F20 version which supports it for rev 1.1 version of the motherboard. Also other sites have mentioned they will work on rev 1.0.

Some E5 Xeon processors (but not all) are supported on Revision 1.0 of the board.

Where it says "N/A" means that Xeon model is not supported, not even with a BIOS update.
