Basically the title says it all.
When in BIOS (probably has nothing to do with OS), mouse and keyboard don't work when plugged into USB 3.0 ports, but when I plug them into 3.1, they do. Same goes for any other USB devices. There is power coming out of ports, because devices "light up", but they simply do not function.

I checked the BIOS and there's an option "Legacy Support". What for? 3.0 or 3.1? It doesn't say anything... but let's assume it's for 3.1, in that case legacy support would be enabled for 3.1 and not for 3.0, which would make sense... but still, this doesn't resolve the issue... all 3.0 are not working at all..

If there's anyone with a similar motherboard/problem, help would be much appreciated.
Thank you all.

Are the USB3.0 ports supplied by a VIA VLI806? There seems to be a problem with the VIA driver for this certain chip as apparently there is a bug in the driver code.

I'm running Linux as my primary OS, so there aren't many proprietary drivers to install actually... you think I should see if it works on Windows?
Also, as I said, those ports don't work in BIOS, so would installing drivers actually help?
