Question Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3 Rev.2.1 Stuck on white dash can't enter BIOS

Hello everyone,
Occasionally my BIOS would not be accesible and i have fixed this several times with a CMOS reset.
Now, even after CMOS reset, system gets stuck on a white dash tickling with the mouse of the BIOS present and usable.
I have tried:

• Battery off for 8 hours
• CMOS reset with jumper
• CMOS reset with metal object
• Removed all peripherals (Only one memory, removed all HDD, USB3.0, video card, Wifi)

Interesting thing is the system won't power on (literally dead) with the reset CMOS jumper in short.
I AM pressing the correct keys to enter BIOS. Its DEL for Setup, F12 for Boot options (inaccesible) and END for Q-Flash (inaccesible as well).

Current status: System goes directly into that tickling white dash. Can't boot any OS or do anything.

• EVGA GTX 980 SC
• Hyperx 16gb
• i7 4790s
• Gigabyte 600W PSU

Clearing CMOS with power to motherboard can damage the motherboard. You need to disconnect the PC power from the wall outlet.

So you saying i f*cked it up myself by trying to turn it on with the clear CMOS jumper in..?
Any idea on what specifically broke?
