Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H died, need help deciding on a free replacement :-)

So, my Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H (rev 1.0) is near its end, and I've been offered a replacement by the store I bought it at, but since this particular model is discontinued, they offered me a few of the other Z97 boards, which are in a similar price range. I am trying to decide between the following:

- Asus Z97-E
- Asus Z97-P
- MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition
- MSI Z97 GAMING 3

I am leaning towards the Z97S Krait Edition, though mostly out of vanity, since it's so pretty, but it does also cover my needs. If you have any opinions on which of these is better, please do share.

I'd recommend the Z97 Gaming 3 because it seems to have better audio than the SLI Krait Edition.
