So I am installing a new motherboard into my pc. I have correctly hooker up everything to my mothe board. All the fans start and everything. When I turn my pc on it runs but doesn't nothing. I have hooked it up to my monitor using the HDMI port on my motherboard and not even the bios loads, no logo just a blue screen. I have tried hooking it up to my TV and I get the same result. Please help me I've been at this for hours.

Sorry I'm on a phone so I don't know if you get this alert because it's not a reply. It's a i7 490K 4.4GhZ. It was pre installed. I have 2 HDD's, a cd drive, graphics card and ram chips (and the psu Duhhh xD).

bare bones the pc to see if the onboard video comes on. take out the gpu and one ram stick. if the bios screen shows up see if the mb bios is old and update it the nsee if both ram and gpu work. with the new mb make sure the 8 pin power on the edge is conencted and you used the mb standoffs to keep the mb from shorting out. if the rig wont post pull the mb from the case and try starting it on top of the mb box. you need a screw driver to short the power on pins or connect the case on switch and see if the mb posts.
