GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SOC Force vs. Asus SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 1 for 4790K

Hi,

I am building PC for development, photography and some computation intensive tasks(computer vision and some others).
My current configuration:
Intel 4790k
MSI GeForce GTX 770 1098Mhz
GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SOC Force

I'm unsure about motherboard. Features and prices are almost the same, while MARK1 is much more popular. Also I like Thermal Radar in Asus.
What are the pros and cons for Z97X-SOC?
I'm not limited to these two models, recommendations are welcomed

The VII Hero is probably a good recommendation but the SOC is for extreme OC, same for sabertooth, I prefer sabertooth cause their z97 boards are really good and this board comes with a 5 year warranty, plus BIOS is easy to use

Between those two boards,both are great.Get whichever one you like the most.Both are made by excellent companies and they are reliable mobos overall.
But the ASUS Maximus VII Hero is the best possible board you can get for your 4790K.The color scheme is amazing(red and black) and it has excellent audio and overclocking abilities.
